Sébastien Foucan (born May 24, 1974 in Paris, France), an Afro-French, is one of the founders of free running. He created the sport along with his friends including David Belle. He has been influenced by the art of parkour and is generally considered to be a "second generation" founder of parkour along with David Belle.

The traceurs (and traceuses) is moving from one point to another, in rural or urban areas, as efficiently and quickly as possible, using the abilities of the human body.
